Los Angeles, CA – Jacobsen|Daniels (J|D) has been chosen by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to lead a dedicated team in facilitating the acquisition of properties, property management, relocation support, and consultant services. Encompassing a range of crucial activities including real estate financial analysis, valuations, appraisals, market and economic impact analysis, highest and best use analysis for real estate assets, and various related services, the scope of this undertaking extends beyond supporting the acquisition of new properties for upcoming projects. The anticipated three-year, $1.5 million project will also play a pivotal role in enhancing the management of properties currently owned by LAWA.
